At Perfumo, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all perfume sales are generally considered final. However, we will gladly assist you if there is an issue with your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item is missing due to a packing error.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products purchased due to personal scent preference.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental handling by the customer.
  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items, unless received damaged or incorrect.

Fragrance Preference Disclaimer

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on individual scent preferences, including cases where the customer dislikes the fragrance, finds it different from their expectations, or decides it is not suitable for their taste after purchase. We encourage customers to review scent descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the item.
  • Store credit.
  • Partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • Unboxing video
  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a product arriving damaged.
